Free diabetes screenings today at Temple Baptist

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month.
To mark the occasion the Community Health Education Foundation will offer a free diabetes education and screening program today from 8 until 10 a.m. at Temple Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
In addition to free glucose and blood pressure checks, Amber Toombs, NEA Baptist diabetes educator, will present “Living Today with Diabetes” at 9 a.m. for diabetics and diabetic caregivers.
Diabetics, diabetic caregivers and those who think they may have diabetes are encouraged to attend this free event.
Temple Baptist Church is located at 2405 Stadium Blvd.
